Discover our Surf & Yoga packages, specially designed to combine the unique excitement of surfing with the soothing benefits of yoga. These packages offer you a complete experience every day, including a day of surfing (as part of either the Surf Coaching or Freedom Surfer package), and a yoga lesson. You’re free to choose your daily yoga session according to your preferences: sunrise yoga, which focuses more on awakening the muscles and preparing for exertion, or sunset yoga, which focuses more on stretching and relaxation. If you find it hard to choose, you can of course take part in both sessions by adding more yoga classes to your package 😉
Yoga: the perfect complement to surfing
Yoga has proven its effectiveness on body and mind and is an excellent complement to surfing. Many professional surfers practice it daily to improve their concentration, flexibility and physical condition, and to paddle better and longer. Practicing yoga in Morocco will also help your muscles recover faster after our surf lessons. Our yoga classes are designed to be accessible to all, while allowing regulars to focus on the asanas that are most complementary to surfing.

The Surf & Yoga packages have a very simple structure:
- Choose your preferred surf package (Surf Coaching or Freedom Surfer) that includes full board accommodation and airport transfers besides surfing
- The Surf & Yoga package includes 1 yoga class/day spent on site (6 yoga classes included for a weekly stay)
