Our yoga sessions offer an unparalleled setting for your practice. While there are various yoga styles, we primarily focus on the asanas of “Hatha” yoga, known to significantly improve endurance, flexibility, and concentration – all crucial for surfing.

The sunrise yoga class is more dynamic and thoughtfully designed to wake up your body and prepare it for a demanding day of surfing, sharpening your muscles and preventing injury. Our breathing exercises will also enhance your paddling.
