Zen Surf Morocco welcomes you to the most tranquil area of the Taghazout region north of Agadir. Our Moroccan surf camp is ideally located, directly on Banana Beach, just opposite the renowned Banana Point spot, an exceptional spot for both novice and experienced surfers.

Agadir’s northern coastline is blessed by the surfing gods and is home to some of the best surf spots in Morocco from the world-famous Anchor Point to the quieter waves of Imsouane Bay and its endless straights. There’s something for every level of surfer, and our instructors will choose the best spot every day to make sure you get the most out of your surfing holiday in Morocco.

The Taghazout region enjoys an exceptional climate (over 300 days of sunshine a year) and tropical temperatures all year round, so you can stay in your T-shirt all day long, even in the middle of winter.

Our "home" surf spots

Banana Point

Our location on the beach is absolutely unique for surf spots accessible in less than 5 minutes, especially Banana Point which is right in front of our surf camp. The beautiful Banana Point righthander is a local classic offering a combination of advantages that few other spots have: a great atmosphere in the water, a very good “school wave” that’s easy to surf and forgiving of mistakes, and which when the swell gets bigger becomes one of the best point breaks in the region. All just across from the surf camp with morning spot check from your balcony 😉

K12 & K11

Our long beach also offers two other surf spots: K12 and K11. K12 is a great right & left peak, with a nice lefthander that never closes out (perfect for practicing rollers/cutbacks). The right-hander is faster and can offer some magnificent rides. K11 is quite similar but hollower, with a steeper take-off and can offer memorable sessions and even tube rides.

These surf spots can all be reached in no time from our camp. Our surf packages also include daily transport to the beach breaks best suited to your level, from Agadir to Tamri!
